A Few Cool Toy Storage Ideas

Home / Toy Storage Ideas / A Few Cool Toy Storage Ideas
A necessity in any household with a number of small children is toy storage. On a good day in my own children’s bedroom you might be able to see a piece of the carpet beneath the sea of toys and other child related paraphernalia. While the ideal children’s toy room would look like the bigger picture above; neat, tidy and organized,  the reality is far less perfect.  A neat, tidy and organized child is an oxymoron. Who ever heard of such a preposterous thing?

So what can the hip and responsible parent do  to combat this age old issue of toy storage organization? I’m glad you asked.  Check out this list of cool toy storage ideas that might even convince your children that neat, tidy and organized is a good thing.

1.)  ECR4Kids 3-Tier Toy Storage Organizer with 12 Bins

This is a pretty cool system for the storage of smaller toys and books in the children’s room.  But depending on the type of children you have and the location you plan on having this organizer a few issues might arise.  For example my beautiful daughters love to play with things that are not toys and in the instance of this organizer the 12 bins are removable.  This means the girls will have 12 new toys in addition to the actual tier system to play with and climb on and do god knows what with. On the other hand if you have this toy storage organizer in a closet or some other locked room than this is a great buy.

  • Three tier storage organizer
  • Includes 12 scoop-front tote bins
  • Built-in handle cut-outs for easy mobility; steel reinforced cross-bars for added strength and durability
